Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Non-Start of Campaign: If you pay for a campaign and it does not start within 2 working business days from the date of payment, you are entitled to request a refund. Claims for non-start of campaigns must be submitted to our support department in writing within 72 hours from the order placing date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered started and in process.
- Incomplete Campaigns: If your campaign cannot be completed within 20 working business days due to technical issues or other factors beyond your control, you are eligible for a refund. Claims for incomplete campaigns must be reported to our support department within 72 hours after the 20 business day period has ended.
- Vidboost Fault: If any other issue arises where Vidboost is at fault, as determined by our customer support team, you will be eligible for a refund. Such issues should be reported to our support department within 72 hours from the date the issue is identified, with clear evidence proving the fault.
Please note that if your campaign delivery has started, the delivery will be finished as soon as possible, and no refunds will be issued once your order has started processing.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Campaign in Progress: If your campaign has already started processing, no refunds will be issued. Once the campaign delivery has begun, we commit to completing the delivery as soon as possible.
- Late Claims: Claims for non-start of campaigns must be submitted within 72 hours from the order placing date, and claims for incomplete campaigns must be reported within 72 hours after the 20 business day period has ended. Any claims submitted after these timeframes will not be eligible for refunds.
- Customer Expectations: Refunds will not be granted for complaints based on false expectations or wishes that are not aligned with the service descriptions provided on our website. It is important to thoroughly review the service details before making a purchase.
- External Factors: Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by external factors outside Vidboost’s control, such as changes in social media platform policies or user errors.
- Non-Compliance with Instructions: Refunds will not be issued if the user fails to follow the instructions or guidelines provided by Vidboost, resulting in unsuccessful campaign delivery.
- Post-Campaign Drop-off: If a campaign is successful and there is a drop-off in views, subscriber count, or any other campaign-gained metric after one month of campaign completion, it will not be refundable.

Refund Request Process

Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note:
- Bank transfers may take up to 7 business days.

Partial Refunds
In cases where a service was partially completed, Vidboost may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of the service not delivered as agreed.
